1. Photos upon receiving.
2. Recorded video of sealed package and unboxing of the product with undamaged receipt or sticker.
3. Delivery/transaction receipt; readable and not tampered (if present or available)
4. Public sharing of the above proof of claims is banned and forbidden.
Kindly do not accept orders if: 1. Package, items or products are tagged and considered as damaged and it’s no longer in good condition upon delivery. 2. If the delivery transaction receipt/sticker on the parcel/box or packaging is no longer readable, tampered/damaged.
Additional instruction/s: We highly advise that before opening the box or the product packaging you take a photo of your orders or record it while unboxing the items as a proof that all products are in good condition and complete upon receiving.
